Your exit, on your terms.

Delete your ShipHQ account directly in the app.

Open ShipHQ and go to Profile.
Select Delete account.
Read the confirmation and confirm deletion.

What is removed

Your account, connected credentials, office layout and progress, saved metric history and private AI memory are removed from active ShipHQ application tables. Backup and security-log retention is described in our privacy policy.

Before you leave

Export anything you want to keep. Account deletion cannot be undone. Connected provider accounts are not deleted, and external copies of content you shared remain at their destinations.

Subscriptions are separate. If you have an active Apple subscription, cancel it in Apple subscription settings to stop future renewal.

If you used Sign in with Apple, you can also remove ShipHQ under Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple. You can revoke Google and other provider access from their account settings.

Can’t get into your account?

Email ridvan.uyn@gmail.com from the email associated with your account. We may ask for information to verify ownership. Never send your password or API keys.
