Getting started
No RevenueCat, no API keys, no sign-in required to see your first desk. Connect a real source whenever you want updates to happen automatically — or keep typing your own numbers by hand.
Just its name — your own prototype, idea, or live app. No store link or account required to start.
Log today's MRR or subscriber count by hand, or set a goal like "first 10 paying customers" if you're pre-revenue. No number made up on your behalf.
Not a wall of charts — one thing worth doing today, and a place to log what happened.
Amounts stay hidden until you choose to share them. Town visibility and every share card have their own switches.
Connecting RevenueCat only ever reads your numbers. It never changes your RevenueCat configuration, and nothing is posted anywhere for you.
Stop a connected source whenever you want; your manually-entered numbers are never deleted with it.
Available today: iPhone on the App Store and Android on Google Play, both free to start. A web version is not live yet — email us to hear when it is.
Sound familiar?
Small wins vanish inside a chart. You refresh, see a number move by three and go back to work. ShipHQ turns every new subscriber into someone walking through your door, so a good day finally feels like one.
An iPhone and Android app that turns your real app metrics into a 2D isometric startup office. Each app gets a desk, paying subscribers become the people in your office, and real milestones become trophies on a wall you can show people.
Indie developers and small teams who ship subscription apps and want a reason to check in on their progress every day. It works best with RevenueCat; you can also add an app by hand and connect data later. Comparing options? Here are the best RevenueCat dashboard apps for iPhone. Because progress you can see keeps you going. ShipHQ replays the night’s new subscribers, trials and departures as people walking in and out of your office, and pays your real MRR out as Company Cash for the office itself.
The Daily Brief
Open ShipHQ and the Daily Brief plays what changed since your last visit, right inside your office.

From connecting RevenueCat to the 09:00 standup and the welcome party at your door.
Plays from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode, only after you press play. The per-manager learnings.md and weekly roadmap shown in the video arrive in the next app update.
How does ShipHQ work?
Connect your data sources once, then open the app to see what changed: your office, your Daily Brief and your trophy wall all come from the same real numbers.
Sign in with RevenueCat, no API keys to paste. Each app gets a desk and paying subscribers take a seat. Add Google Analytics and your traffic becomes the street outside. Every source shows a clear sync status.
The Daily Brief replays arrivals, departures and trial conversions, then reveals new trophies. Claim objectives, keep a streak and level up with XP. No revenue yet? Explore a sample office as a guest first.
Desks earn Company Cash from your real MRR. Spend it on furniture, rooms and desk upgrades in Build Mode, and name your office. Maya, your office guide, shows you around.
Your 09:00 standup
Each manager brings one short note to your Daily Brief every morning. Every note is built from a real source and links back to it. Nothing is estimated.

Earned, never bought
First $100. First 100 paying customers. A 30-day streak. More than 40 trophies, cups, plaques and neon signs, each earned from your real numbers and put on a wall you can show people.
The day you connect is your baseline. Every milestone you cross before that stays history, never a trophy. The sooner you start, the more of your story ends up on the wall.

A tycoon game you can’t cheat
Every app gets a desk, and every desk earns Company Cash from that app’s real MRR: one cash per dollar of MRR per hour. Spend it on furniture, rooms and coffee. A desk’s level only rises when your revenue does.

Build in public, on your terms
Export today’s arrivals as a vertical clip: the door opens, confetti, the team cheers. Unlocks at Founder Level 3; iPhone only for now.
Visit other founders’ offices and see how their HQs grow. Your office joins them only if you want it to.
Revenue and app names stay hidden unless you switch them on. Profile → Privacy has a visitor preview, and every share card has its own switches.

Questions founders ask
ShipHQ is a free app for indie app developers on iPhone and Android. It connects to RevenueCat and Google Analytics and turns your real revenue and paying subscribers into a living isometric startup office: each app gets a desk, subscribers become the people in your office, and real milestones become trophies on your wall.
Both. The numbers are your real MRR, subscribers, trials and users from the sources you connect. The game layer (the office, the Daily Brief replay, trophies, Company Cash and XP) is built on those numbers, so checking your progress feels like walking into your office instead of reading a chart.
ShipHQ is free to download and free for up to 2 apps. Optional auto-renewing memberships add more apps, rooms, AI reports and the manager team: Mini $4.99/month or $29.99/year, Growth $9.99/month or $59.99/year, HQ $19.99/month or $119.99/year (USD). The App Store or Google Play shows the final price in your currency before you pay, and you can cancel in your Apple or Google Play subscription settings.
RevenueCat for revenue, subscribers and trials, connected with RevenueCat’s own sign-in, so there is no API key to paste. Google Analytics (GA4) for users: you add ShipHQ’s service account as a Viewer on your property; it is separate from Google sign-in. You can also add an app manually and connect data later. Setup help
No. ShipHQ only reads the services you connect. It never changes your RevenueCat or Google Analytics configuration.
No. A metric without a connected source is shown as a dash with a way to connect one, and trophies are never granted retroactively: the numbers you have on the day you connect are your baseline, and only progress from there is celebrated.
A small team that brings one short, sourced note to your Daily Brief every morning: Leo (growth, from RevenueCat), Ada (App Store charts, competitors and Apple news), Noah (App Store reviews, with a reply draft for the worst one), Emre (Reddit mentions; he never posts, votes or messages for you) and Zoe (indie and app-economy news). Managers come with Growth (3 seats) and HQ (all 5).
Only what you choose. Town visibility, app names and revenue on your profile follow Profile → Privacy, which includes a visitor preview, and every share card has its own switches for earnings, app names and country. Privacy policy
No. Company Cash, XP, office items and trophies are virtual game items. Company Cash is produced from your real MRR inside the game, but it cannot be withdrawn and has no monetary value.
ShipHQ runs on iPhone (iOS 15 or later, in portrait) and on Android (Android 7.0 or later). Get it on the App Store or Google Play. There is no iPad-native or web version yet. One difference today: exporting the 10-second welcome-party clip works on iPhone only.

Your wall starts empty on purpose
Whatever you cross before you connect stays history. Connect today, and tomorrow morning’s Daily Brief is your first welcome party.
