My numbers haven’t arrived yet

Open Data sources and check the connection status. The first synchronization can take a little time. Keep ShipHQ open while its sync indicator is running; if it reports an error, reconnect the affected source. Provider numbers may differ because reporting windows and metric definitions differ.

How do I connect Google Analytics?

In ShipHQ’s Google Analytics setup, copy the service account address. Open your GA4 property’s Admin → Property access management and add that address as a Viewer. Then enter the property ID in ShipHQ and select the app it belongs to. This is separate from Google sign-in.

How do I control what other founders see?

Open Profile → Privacy and review the visitor preview. Share cards have their own switches for earnings, app names, country and other details.

How do I manage a subscription?

Open Apple subscription settings. Apple handles payment and cancellation. If you have an eligible refund request, use Apple’s refund page.

How do I delete my account?

Open Profile → Delete account and confirm. Read what is removed and what to check first.
