Terms of use

Your founder workspace

ShipHQ is operated by Rıdvan Uyan. By using the service, you agree to these terms. The iOS app is also licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Your account and connections

Only connect services and apps you are authorized to access. Keep your account secure and do not share provider credentials publicly. Guest progress may become inaccessible if you lose the device session before linking a sign-in account.

Metrics and advice

Metrics depend on provider availability, definitions and sync timing. ShipHQ is not an accounting service. AI suggestions can be incomplete or wrong and do not guarantee revenue, growth or a winning experiment. Evaluate suggestions before acting.

Game rewards

XP, company cash, office assets and trophies are virtual items. Company cash is not your actual revenue, cannot be withdrawn and has no monetary redemption value. Game balances and features may change as the service evolves.

Purchases, if offered

Any available purchase must show its price and included benefits in Apple’s purchase confirmation before you are charged. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless canceled under Apple’s displayed terms. Manage them in Apple subscription settings. Request eligible refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. Removing the app or deleting your ShipHQ account does not cancel a subscription. Availability can differ by build and region.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, exploit rewards or share content that violates another person’s rights. You retain rights to your own content and authorize us to process it only as needed to provide the features you choose.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep ShipHQ useful and available but cannot promise uninterrupted service or error-free third-party data. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Leaving ShipHQ

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may restrict accounts that abuse the service, subject to applicable law. Contact ridvan.uyn@gmail.com for help or questions.
